Got the money and an itch for a brand new, not rebuilt, brand new 1968 Bullitt? The guys at Mustangs Plus can fix you up. I read in one review there is not a single Ford part in this car. All new reproductions. Can't verify that, though. The site takes you through the steps of the build.

It would definately be worth it. I know my uncle would love to have one of those or a Shelby version. He had an original Shelby GT350 Hertz back in the day. He had to sell it because he started a family but got nothing for it because of the gas crisis. If he only knew back then, if everyone only knew what muscle cars would be worth today.
