A friend of mine is looking for car seat covers, you guys recommend a certain brand she should go for? I never had any, so I couldn't give her any suggestions.

wal mart has a wide selection of useless stuff chicks like, like pink flames or tinkerbell stuff. or autozone she can get those NOS floormat, seat cover and steering wheel cover sets, then itll add like 30-35 hp.

-because she doesnt want to wear out her seats
-because there is a stain on her seats she doesnt want showing

she's got leather seats, you live in california in the summer and sit on that.. imagine sitting on a stove that's been cooking in the sun for hours.

do stove's generally get hot after being in the sun? I'm sorry, but that was a terrible analogy
I'd suggest Wally world or autozone, etc.

It was on AND cooking in the sun. California smog + Sun = Stove on Sun action :p

Dunno if she's already got her seat covers or no but I figured I would throw my suggestion in the mix. I just got a set of seat covers for my car and I absolutely love them. They are on the expensive side but well worth the money in my opinion. Thick, good quality material, hugs the seats so no bunching or wrinkles. $225 just for the front.. $450 for front and back. Could be more depending on whether you get piping or not, logos, blahblahblah. I've been asked why I just didn't get racing seats for the price.. because I really don't like any of them. I can take my seat covers out any time I want and clean them when they get dirty.
