I have an 89 LX sport.. 25th anniversary edition (1989.5? previous owner said it came with the pony rims and the 140 MPH speedo, and tilt headrests? I haven't found any articles to back that up, but who knows - I found a NEON tube under the radiator yesterday, so it could be none of its' stock )
175k miles as of tonight.. Original engine, runs like a top and has made close to 10 track passes now since 170k miles.. only a crappy digital camera, so I can't get the slips online.. the scanner is out of service, but I've only broken 14's once, the other times I was mid to low 15s.. my first run was 16.2 @ 88 MPH anyone up for travelling through time? second run 15.4 @ 90.2 etc all the way down to 14.98@92 MPH about my 6th run, haven't hit 14's since.. (oddly enough shifting at only about 5500 RPMs, not 5800+) as far as I know, only fresh gaskets, new trans (rebuilt T5) BBK CAI, B&B shifter (the whole deal, not just the handle) and a custom high flow exhaust (meaning it fell off.. and it sounds decent enough, why fix it? haha...)
http://www.westcoast6s.com/members/mike/citan.wmv <-- right click/save as.. it looks slower than it is, as the cameraman is zooming in ... ahh well
My other mustang..
'02 14k miles and counting.. I put 900 miles on 'er last week :wtf2: but I typically put about 500 miles/week on a car.. so we'll see how long it takes to hit 50k
This mach 460 has got to be the best stock stereo system I've ever heard in a car.. (Dont' say anything about the mach 1000 lol I'd be deaf in a week!)
ahh well, just thought I'd share.. Since my cars are stock, do I still fit in?

Thanks!
With all the problems I've been having with the latch on this hatchback, I'd agree with you.. it's a bit heavier than a coupe, too.. but could be worse, I don't mind the way it looks.. and it can handle a good bit of cargo

Very nice stang...
Since you're in south jersey, you should stop by the NMRA Nationals at Atco this Saturday. I'll be there, as well as steedav6builder and hopefully a few others
