I think it's only half way through and I love it. They flooded the arena and they're doing this big ceremony. It looks awsome, I love it. In my opinion, the Olympics should always be held in Greece. I mean.. come on. If it wasn't for them, we wouldn't have the Olympics :P

I personally like the fact that different countries can host the Olympics really shows that atleast we can agree on something as a whole instead of just killing each other...

I hate the Summer Olympics...The winter ones have always been my favorite.
I watched the football games last night, instead. IDK, watching people wave and shit just doesn't do it for me lol...

I can not believe some of you, hate on the amercian dream of many nations, only thing I think various countries can do all at the same time without arguing about...geesh how un american are you!
I for one have always loved the olympics myself, but this year I think they went over board with making bad mitten a freakin sport, come on now...this is nutz!
They may aswell introduced NASCAR as a olympic sport too!

That'd be cool, nations in this huge race. I'd watch it!
Hey this guy tried making Chess an Olympic sport.. In my OWN opinion here, I don't think Volley Ball or Basketball should be an olympic sport. Olympics were to show what one person can do, sure there is the Tri-Athelon or however it's spelled, but that's different. Volley Ball is a sport played with a big team where one person could be better than everyone (Like making the perfect serve) and winning it for everyone. Or Basketball where one guy could be a big ball hog (kobe *Cough cough*) and they all get metals at the end. I dunno, it's stupid. It's a sport, not an olympic sport. You aren't breaking records with that.
Records are what make the Olympics that much more fun to watch and hope you'll be there to watch the fastest man or woman alive on television when it happens and they break the previous time. Or the longest jump, the fastest swim time.. you know what I mean.
