judging by the way you have been treated so far by them... I seen this coming from 10 miles away, you always hope and cross your fingers but business owners who run their business like this just do this sort of thing... I mean we all make mistakes but you can not do this sort of thing and remain in business.
When you do sue them which you will have to do 90% chance at least, make sure you get extra for the time and hassle... so may be next time they will realize to suck it up and admit their mistake.

Yes it was.
The other significant work done to the car was repairing the faulty Transmission cooler add on, which as a matter of fact still caused me a lot of problems later on but that is neither here nor there. That doesn't change the fact that my car was put on a dyno, in an untuned pig rich state over 30 times. I took it to Delk because it seemed to me they would have had the most experience in working with FI V6's. THere were other problems with the MAF, however I was told by Brent that it only took 2 pulls to figure out the MAF extender I had provided was faulty and then, a new SCT MAF was used instead.
I myself had no problems with Matt, The company itself however, yes, many problems. I would also recommend trying to find new work. A company that treats the people who bring them their money eagerly poorly, cannot be treating it's employees well either I would imagine.
Oil drain line needed shortening to cause it to run more downhill than it was, faulty tranny cooler needed repair, and I needed a new MAF rather than the also faulty extender. The odds of bringing 2 faulty parts seems astounding, but that is again neither here nor there.
You and Delk as a whole were on the phone when we called you. Communication was poor, except of course for the time we were told to make the 3 hour treck up there because the car was done...only to have it not be done. As I recall, one call was made to us and that was to tell us about the MAF. Did I know you were making 30+ dyno pulls? No. Of the several thousand dollars charged me, only approximately 200 of it was in labor. The rest was all dyno time. You seem to have forgotten I already covered ALL this several times on this site alone with you. So no, we apparently did not know all that was being done to the car as I would have taken it elsewhere by the 15th pull. Especially to still be running as rich as it was at idle (fouling plugs within 800 miles) and still somehow too close to stoic at WOT.
It's running fine now though after 2 years and about 30,000 miles with a tune me and Andy did with a Wideband on a back country road.
