Wineing start sound

well i start my car up about two seconds or less i hear this squeking, air, fluid or some kind of sound. it seems to becoming from somewhere by the traction contol box. it only happens when i start it. and last for about 5 or 6 seconds but embrassing 5 or 6 seconds .....help thanks
