Best T/O Bearing?

What does everyone thing the best throw out bearing is? I've hear Ford's is the best, and SPEC suck, but what about centerforce? And where can I get one? I would assume Ford one at a Ford dealer, but it there somewhere else i can get it cheaper? and if anyone know the price let me know. Thanks.

Since a throw out bearing is nothing more that a needle bearing assembly within a race assembly I would Imagine Ford Borg/Warner would be fine. I have heard my people complain about the spec
