Leather Seats starting to wear?

Hi All,

My 2000 stang has gray leather seats. The drivers side is really starting to show wear. I've kept them cleaned and conditioned with the cleaners and what not you get from a auto parts store. You can see lines and its kinda blue in places?

Is there a decent set of seat covers that I can put on them to protect the leather until I decide to sell the car.
