GT Takeoff Help

I bought GT Takeoffs and a custom h-pipe from www.v6mustangstuff.com. To get it installed it needs six welds, the h-pipe and the tips plus the h-pipe looks like its not a perfect fit and they might need to cut that a little bit too. Anyways at $78/hour they said it would probably take about 4 hours give or take a little. The place were doing the work at doesnt usually install parts from customers but since a supplier for the owner is my uncle he said he would do it for me. Now that i wrote all that, is this a good deal and does anyone know any good places in the northern virginia area to get this done at?
