if its coming out by your rear end it could be gear oil, it could be dirty tranny fluid too if its in the front and brownish, id just take it to a place.

Yea thats where it seems to be coming from, if it is tranny fluid my dad says it is costly cause they have to run a new pipe or somethin threw the whole car? is this true? I mean what are the costs im lookin at?

i think he means the cooling pipes thats cheap. it might be that your trans pump gasket is messed up just go to a shop have them inpect it but dont get any thing done without looking around and asking here if its the trans pump it should run about 250

my whole 18 wheeler, large piece of metal incident led to replacing tranny.
Tranny fluid is reddish hued brown usually.

hahaha you guys are a riot.. I know he uses green, Though some fords use gold.. Only the last gen cougars used dex..
I meant what color is it now.. I've seen
cars come in with 9 year old original coolant, turned brown from age/rust/contamination.. that can look pretty bad on the ground, too.. especially rusted.. as for the 94-95 mustangs.. I've seen split heater core hoses (the hoses going into the heater core) that could cause that color fluid to drip down in that area.. coolant can be slippery, and very thin - trans fluid never feels as slippery to me but has a texture somewhat like engine oil..
Probably not your problem, but just a thought
