You can get all the details about the show from the link above, as I come into new information I will post it up.

If you are in the area and you are not currently in the MCM (magic city mustangs) you can sign up at Magic City Mustangs (20 bucks) and you will have a chance to win the last VIP curise ticket to cruise with 500 mustangs from Barbers to Homewood to a block party just FYI.

If you want to be in the show you MUST be an MCA (Mustang Club of America) member AND pay to register, its 75.00 if you sign up online using the link above, as you register for the show if you are not an MCA member you can sign up on the spot.

A huge group of Mustangs are cruising from LA to Birmingham the week before, every stop has some event going on so check out the cruise details if you cant come all the way to Birmingham, you can still get in on the action.

$20 a day for tickets at the gate...3 day presale pass is $40 or $50 I think I read.

I thought spectators could come free? hmmm but it does suck that you have to join the MCA to pay to enter the show... its 75 bucks when all is said and done and you get all three days... so 75 bucks VS the spectator fee... its not much worse. Plus if you join the MCA you get a really good magazine, the mustang times, 6 times a year, its a good read.

You get a plaque saying you were there as well so thats neat.

You should try to get in town thursday night as thats when all the cars are cruising in. My place isnt big enough to have anyone stay lol

but hotels are reasonable here.

My wife and I will be coming from Tacoma, Washington with the MAA cruise in our 04 Mach 1. I have entered the Judged show and my number is #45, what luck Aaa. I went to our states first swap meet this year today. Prices are down but people are up as you will see in the Photo Show. Please watch.

This is going to be a good year for good buys. This was the biggest meet they have ever had. The 64 Vette at the first part of the show had a $23,000 asking price. WOW! Lots of Ford stuff and the Early bird Ford show is next weekend. Anyway enjoy the show.

The show is closed for entry as of last week, they are expecting 100,000 people and 5000 participants (but the show is closed to 2500 cars... and there probably wont be but 2000 on display so not sure where 5000 comes from) and tons of vendors.

If so probably staying Hoover off 459 Friday night ($71 +taxes) and leaving sat evening.

i was there saturday. i had a pretty good time. by far the largest car show i have ever been to and it was neat to see people from all over the world. i figure the 50th will be even better.
