Alright... If I do a GT engine swap.. will it fit directly into my 96 3.8??

you can, but it wont be simple, and you'll need lots of parts. It won't be a drop it in, close the hood sort of thing. Search the forums, we've had threads that detailed exactly what was involved before.

I would go w/ the vortech supercharger, and some exhaust with a new head package, and some 4:10's oh yeah.
