This is another project of mine. It is a 86 Mustang LX 4 banger. It is going under the knife for a 302 swap. These are the parts that I currently have: A Stock 88 Mustang GT block, hypertunetic(spelling?) pistons, Motorsport B-303 cam, stock 88 mustang crank, GT-40 Heads. Here is a pic of it in it's 4 banger form.

Yea. It's all apart. But I got hypertunetic cause someone gave them to me for free. But I might buy forged pistons. I still got a while before it's ready to go togeather.

hypers arnt bad untill you want to go with more than probably 11psi of boost, or over a 150shot of nitrous

I wouldnt trust them that far...7-9psi MAX , 11 is asking for problems.

7-9psi non-intercooled , and about 11psi intercooled

boost usually isnt what kills the pistons, its detonation from running too lean at higher boost levels
