What do you guys think of my banner? This was my first time using photoshop and I think I could have done a lot better. Does anyone know how to make an animated banner? I am willing to pay someone to make me a new animated banner

I can make animated banners, I have made most of the images you see on the forums, plus the flash intro on the home page... PM me, or email me and tell me what you are looking for...
