Is it possible to put a dismiss button or something on the notices? It eats up a huge chunk of real estate on my iPhone's screen, and I'm not going to integrate my facebook with ME, no matter how many times I read it.

Isn't there one already? Like a red x in the upper right corner? There was for me anyhow which is how I made it go away.
I tried integrating but it told me the user name already exists and I was too lazy and unmotivated to then go look at the instructions to figure out how to make it work.

where is this red x. I use the site on my phone all the time and would love for it to be faster

The red x doesn't show on phones because they don't support javascript. Just do it when you get home on a computer. |

It's possible that you have Javascript disabled (which actually isn't a bad thing). |
