Hey all, been traveling around alot lately for work, was in atlanta a few weeks ago, before that was philly, and before that was tampa, etc haha.
so yea, Last april or so I traded in the ranger for a roush f150 and last weekend I went out and bought a 87 notchback 2.3/5spd as a project, runs and drives with only 90k miles.
Doin a lil bit of body work and redoing the interior before I start thinking about a motor swap. Have a EFI 5.0 on a stand in the garage, so either that or bigger like a 460
heres some pics, dont have anything new of the truck but heres a pic from the dealers website I saved and a pic of the car from the previous owner.

thanks people
the car just needs a valve cover gasket, its leaky as hell and a starter from the leaky valve cover leaking oil into it. but it still runs just the starter slips sometimes when trying to start it. Pretty much rust free, just surface rust but a good amount of it from faded paint sitting in the sun so the roof is now down to bare metal to sand out the rust. Just peaking through so its nothing serious or in need of sheetmetal replacement.
cobra grill will be here this week and I just received my door bushings. now I have to start collecting some interior parts to convert the red to either grey or black.

Gotta love restoring the interior of a foxbody. Speaking of which...I need to buy new leather for the seats, that's really all that's left inside.
So ya like the F150 better than the ranger? As if that's a real question...

fuckin a yea I like it more then the ranger, until the payment comes then I like it again since the ranger was paid off lol but Its 250 a month which aint to bad. after looking at the safeauto thread I was looking into cheaper insurance and geico would save me almost 100 fkin dollars a month. 209 a month for allstate and 110 for geico...so guess whos switching to geico haha.
I need to get a group photo of car/truck/boat together

Well I think I've changed vehicles a little since last time you were on here as well. It's always fun to play with something new to you...

Whats up bane. Nice upgrade. I dont blame you for trading the ranger for that truck. Is it 4wd? Sure sits high if its not...aka time to lower the bish if its 2wd lol. I am seriously debating upgrading to a fullsize. I've been driving my dads 03 screw around a good bit and I love it.

Nice you should get the 2" coil spacer for up front and some 35" MT's. They look badass on that year f150

Understandable, but if you change your mind only front with change in height besides the height gained by the tires. Plus you could always get a drop hitch

04+ 4x4 sit pretty high. Especially the reg cabs. That is why they only need the 2" coil spacer up front to run 35's.
