Only way I can see it happening is if the cd changer as a auxilary output. Other than that I dont see how it would hook up.

i thought it was an in-dash changer. thus i would say no because it relys on the headunit to insert the discs into the changer. and if i remember right, the changer is part of the factory head unit. don't quote me on that though.
