i dynoed my car today and i was not really to happy with it. Are these normal for my car with the bolt ons i have?
max rwp 230.8
max torque 268.0
i figured they would be better, oh well what do i do next?
i will download the copy once i figure that part out
please send me feedback about if this is normal or but the best part is i got a good tune and good base to work with

that means like 300 hp to the flywheel which is good but not good enough. the guys at reinhart racing said that was good for the mods i have but i guess i expected to much. my car is still very quick and i can't keep the rear tires on the ground

Those numbers look good, the 5 speeds do about 230 rwhp at best when stock so your mods are making up for the automatic tranny.
Thats probably closer to 280 hp at the crank. You don't lose 70 hp through the tranny

Cool, I'm pretty close to those numbers with my V6. I would like to race ya sometime, just for fun ya know. To see how well I could hang with a slightly modded 99+ GT. I know you would take me, but that's because of your 4.10 gears. My 3.45 are puny compared to them. But I'm alot lighter than you, so it still may be close. Good numbers none the less.

Possibly, basically if I can find one cheap I'll get it, but i'm not going to fork out 3 grand for a new one. If it's like $1000 I'll buy it.

those are fair numbers man, mine dynoed 233 rwhp with similar mods, now it has a cat H and 3" exhaust, I am running 03 Cobra IRS with stock 3.55s. I was told 233 was around 290, oh, I also have aluminum drive shaft, I had 3.73s, but they went with my stock rearend. I can't tell much difference at all, personally I wouldn't want 4.10s, I don't own a chain of gas stations, lol.

I didn't build my car for drag racing, and its never been run in a 1/4 or an 1/8th, at least not since I had it, and it was bone stock when I got it so I doubt it was before I got it. Its a street machine purely, with IRS it wouldn't even be smart to drag race it much for sure. That is why Cobra owners want to get it off their cars, lol. I love it personally, better handling and that is what I like! If you want more power, get your heads ported and polished and like the sarge says, change those cams! If you want to supercharge it, get a cobra crank and forged pistons, so she will last.

4.10s will help you on gas around town though and don't hurt you all that bad on the highway unless you drive 80+ mph

Don't know about that, 4.10s just encouraged me to drive more agressively with my 6er, which kills your mileage around town, lol, depends if you can control yourself I guess.
