    well might as well buy new lights and make sure they fit like a glove no moisture coming in. if they do sometimes it is the light some people at advance auto stores know how to fix these problems. you can ask them but my suggestion ask the one who really knows it. The guy said it is around the bulbs that moisture comes in seal it there.
