    30 HP with longtubes, 50 HP with longtubes and stage 3 heads. I'm completely stock besides the cams and a tune so my gains are going to be very negligible

    The FRPP cams made my idle much louder + deeper. Also made my exhaust throughout the entire powerband sound much more beautiful. Car shakes at idle, like rocking a baby to sleep almost. As far as power goes, these cams are "supposed" to lose a little low end and start shining at 4,000+ but I still haven't gotten a perfect tune yet.

    Hi there,

    The shop in near Miami downtown, I asked for the name and they told me but I completely forgot. I believe it was a Germany one. When I was there they were detailing 2 Ferraris and one Lambo. They are good but for my next Detail I will look for someone else because now that 2 weeks have passed they car is starting to look exactly the same it was before lol.     Hey man, those cams should sound really good. With those and some headers you should make pick up some good power and the car should sound pretty nasty. You thinking of cams soon and the rest later? When you say port and polished do you mean have your heads ported? If so I would try to wait and do the cams at the same time. May be able to save a little cash that way.

    I did the hotrods back in march but the bama tune made me hate the car so I went and had ARH long tubes installed and a dyno tune done so I can't really say how the cams were on their own but with the long tubes and dyno tune, it's a beast, and the sound is awesome. It went from 260rwhp stock to 350rwhp from the cams, long tubes and dyno.

    I didn't have an issue with the HotRod cams at all. I was told by my mechanic friend that he has trouble working with compcams and detroit rockers. It could simply be he just has a knack for the FRPP cams. WIth the auto when you're in gear you lope so hard the car will shake a little and it is awesome (makes my wife sick though haha). If all you want is sound with power as an added bonus for with these. I am now considering the Detroit Rockers when I go F/I and working with my mech friend on the tune in order to hopefully end his difficulty there. As for the exhaust volume I am not sure. I did cams and exhaust at the same time and it was a completely different care afterward, but I can imagine it does make the exhaust at least a little louder on its own.

    the overdrive button is just another gear, there is no real reason to ever turn it off it wont do anything other than keep you from shifting into your final gear, generally called "overdrive" because the gear is less than 1 to 1 with the engine's turning.

    TSC i assume is the traction control system, leave it on unless you are at the track then you may wish to get used to launching the car yourself.
