Hey don't be sorry at all. That's what we're here for man. Me trying to answer questions and help ya out helps me learn more about the car, so it's all good, ask anytime.

I like to say I don't know any more than you or anyone else on the site because we're all learning more about these cars everyday

Sorry for all the questions, you seem to be the most knowledgeable V6 person on the site, so..

No I didn't. I was tight on cash (still in high school) and just did the catback. My stock headers still seem to be in good shape. I'd say the BBK gaskets are pretty good. They are made to work with stock or aftermarket headers...the going price seems to be $34.99.
But again, I haven't had any experience with them...

Did you replace your headers whenever you put on your exhaust? I was wanting to know besides the difference in price between Ford and BBK header gaskets.

I don't know man, I guess it'd be based on the price like you said. If you buy them and have problems later on, you're basically fucked...so it's a tough call... personally I would probably pass and buy new ones...heads aren't cheap to replace and a recurring problem could cause damage to the rest of the engine.

Would you purchase the heads if the price was right? I know one of them was repaired, that's why I ask.

I have seen them on other mustangs before. I personally haven't heard anything about the brand itself though. They look like a decent wheel. The price is really good, shit...I'd throw a quick thread up about them to get some opinions.

The price on the 17x9(2) and 17x10.5(2) on the polished isn't bad.

I got them from Tirerack.com. My mechanic (R.I.P.) had an account with them and got me the tire/rim package for a real good price.

They are the American Racing Shelby Special Edition Torq Thrust M's. Basically a fancy version of the bullit style rim. I get a ton of compliments, though they do cost significantly more than the normal bullits like on American Muscle. They come in Black, Anthracite, and Chrome, in 17, 18, and 20's. I definitely recommend them.

Where'd you get your rims from? I'm also looking to invest in some new shoes for the stang.
