your power steering system is what powers your power brakes, instead of vaccume like the older cars, thats why there is no brake booster. i had a leasking steering rack and it was causiong my abs light to come on when the fluid got low. after i fixed that and bled my brakes several times, the light went off and stayed off. focus on the front brakes first then bleed the back. check out my profile pics to see my car after the brake line busted.
