2013 Ford Mustang To Project Running Pony From Side Mirrors?

It’s not like the Ford Mustang badges were not distinctive before, but Ford is now taking it a step further and actually projecting the running pony logo from under the side mirror when unlocking the doors to your 2013 Pony. Apparently making this projecting Mustang logo needed six or seven takes just to get it more in the lines of nice and not cheesy. Supposedly the projecting logo was so captivating that the flip was switched on the lights of the assembly floor so everyone could get a glimpse of the projecting pony.

The future is just full of all kinds of surprises, huh? I can’t wait to see what other options they will throw at us. Possibly more of a projecting Running Pony similar to the bat signal? Although, that’s probably all kinds of illegal.

    Maybe put it under the sides of the car. It sticks out too far coming from the mirrors. Kind of overkill. Cool idea though.

      It is a factory standard option in the Range Rover Evoque, and it only appears briefly when you unlcok the car, once you enter it disapears, so that is the concept and it is not a overkill at all.Safe ride everyone.

    Nice… but I would prefer they replace the hood prop rod with pneumatic lifts!

    That is really cool, in fact I have that OEM in my Evoque, and it only appears briefly when you unlcok the car, once you enter it disapears, so that is the concept and it is not a overkill at all.

    How does that help the mustang Go Faster   or   Stop Faster ???

    I’ve owned every generation of mustang and if they put that on the car I’m switching to the Camaro.

    Stupid waste of time… I want 850 HP and 50 MPG, spend some R&D on that Mr Ford.
