Rumor: Train Derails Destroying Five BOSS 302s, Three Laguna Secas
Are you still waiting for your brand new BOSS 302? Have you called Ford wondering what is taking so long? Well, news has spread that a train ran off the tracks in Texas and took some precious cargo with it, 2012 BOSS 302 Mustangs. [Insert cringe here]
According to a railroad company spokesman, the 75-car freight train with 3 locomotives was on its way with a load of new vehicles heading to Spring, Texas.
Fortunately, there were no reports of injuries to any railroad workers.
According to Mustang Heaven, five 2012 BOSS 302 Mustangs were damaged, along with three of the Laguna Seca models.
Over at TheMustangSource forum, a member was contacted by a Ford dealership in Houston, breaking the bad news about his new car. Chances are that these bad boys won’t even be able to be parted out, but most likely will be crushed and put out of its misery.
