Rebuild stalled - now lost

Ok, so I was in the middle of rebuilding the top end of my daughters 98 3.8L and as usual real life got in the way for about 2 to 3 months. I have the heads back on but when I went to get the intake to put it back on, I'm seeing several issues. I'm either missing 2 intake manifold bolts or I don't remember and 2 of them were studs, not bolts, and one of my children in an attempt to be helpful put all of the bolts in a giant tin, so not only am I going to have a struggle with the intake but the rest of the front end as well since I took it all down to replace the water pump, alternator and PS pump. I've looked for these manifold bolts but the dealers say they're discontinued so they can't even see them. I've looked on Jegs and Summit and none of them look like the ones I have. Anyone shed some light on this perhaps? I'm starting with the intake and then will move around to the front for the other things.
