need advice

hey guys so I've been doing a lot of research and supporting mods to get my coyote ready for boost but just started thinking. I did oil pump gears/ crank sprocket, longtubes/offroad h pipe, mcleod rst clutch, braided clutch line, amsoil trans fluid, x spec shifter, suspension and all that good stuff. my stock engine and trans have 55k on them. my plan was to get it up around 600 whp on pump and have fun with it. but lately I've been wondering if it's more worth it for me to put a gen 2 shortblock and a built mt82 in it first then boost it and make 600-700 whp with no worries at all or boost the stock gen 1 push about 600 wheel and hope for the best. I dont think I'll ever really wanna go higher then 700 whp or so it's not a race car it's a street car. although with the gen 1 I wouldn't push it much past 600 whp. my stock mt82 gives me the 2nd gear nibble until shes warmed up then all is good so I'll probably be upgrading that in the future anyway. so what do you all think should I swap the gen 1 or just boost it. thanks for any responses

Send it. Your engine will be good for 600 as is.

right that's what I thought but how do you think itll hold up over time. I would certainly get a reputable shop dyno tune the car. how often do you hear of people bending rods at this power level on the gen 1 cars? I partly daily it but I usually daily my 2v and just drive this on nice weekends maybe twice a week and dont beat on it constantly although I do like putting my foot down from time to time. it probably sees wide open throttle 20-30% of the time I drive it

10,000 blower miles with no issues. I made sure I had the clutch upgraded as well as the shifter, upgraded the rear suspension and for peace of mind went with an ATI damper. With the Lund tune is has no issues and is over 600 to the wheels.

how many miles does your car have? mines at 55k which isnt really high but usually I see people doing blowers at lower mileage. and I was also wondering since I did the opg's would an ATI balancer still be recommended for me or will the stock one do fine? I also think adding the headers was a good mod for a blower car. and it sounds amazing lol

I have 54000 miles. The way that the ATI was explained to me, you can treat the symptoms (oil pump gear, cam gears) or you can cure the disease (harmonics) that destroy these parts in the first place.
I still have the stock OPG. I will replace them when I upgrade the short block, but I have had no issues so far.
