alright guys, quick question, my mutang has 116,000 miles on it and I was just wondering since its been that long, what needs replacing or what needs cleaning, like a transmission cleanse or spark plugs, is there anyway to tell or my car is completely fine? thx stangzillas!!

I would go ahead and change the plugs

New shocks/struts check for other suspension wear on ball joints/bushings. All filters/plugs/fluids. Check hoses belts and belt tensioner. If battery is over 5yrs get it tested, sears does this for free. Possibly o2 sensors maf. Most of this is unnecessary but will help the car to run like new and another 100k mi

Did all this on my explorer and ran like new at 160k mi until a stupid hs girl rear ended me while texting in her moms new Altima.

As these guys already said: Plugs, Fuel Filter, Trans fluid, Radiator flush, Hand clean Throttle body, Clean MAF sensor, etc.

That should get your Mustang running in tip top shape! Not to mention prolong its life.
