1965 Mustang Muffler Choice?

Looking to get new exhaust. Engine is stock 289, getting long tube headers maybe Flowtech with 1 1/2 inch primary tube diameter and 3 inch collector with a 2.5 inch system. Can't decide on which muffler to get. So either Thrush welded mufflers or Flowmasters?

I would look for reviews on both mufflers.

Also, are these mufflers street legal (i.e. not too loud)? Depending on the laws, neighbors and cops where you live, you could be fined for loud mufflers.
