Hi I have a 95 gt mustang I ordered a cluth off eBay and I put new rear main seal in and pilot bearing then I went to putting on the flywheel and it has weights with it but idk where they go or even if I have to use them??? Please help I am lost and I don't want to put everything back together and have to take back apart

The foywheel needs to have the proper imbalance to match your crank. Old 302s and newer are different. You could probably just Google the imbalance needed for your year. Or it may say in a haynes/chilton at the beginning of chapter 2 I think..

All '82+ 5.0s are 50oz imbalance. '81 and older 302/289 and 351s are 28oz

I was thinkin that, but didn't wanna open my big mouth!lol You can convert with a balanced rotating assembly if I'm correct?

Iv never heard of that but it may be possible.

Ofc you can get an internally balanced rotating assembly, expensive though.

And when I bolt the weight up to my flywheel dose it have to be in the same position on the flywheel as my old one or can I just bolt it anywhere??

I'm sorry I just looked and it only bolts up one way!!! Lol sorry
