My mustang has a problem with the cooling fan. It work when it is directly wire, but will not come on when hooked up into the harness. I have no blown fuses in the panel and have replaced the relay. Is there something I am missing.

The windshield wipers also turn on as soon as the key is put in the ignition. I have replaced the turn/wiper switch and also replaced the wiper motor. Is there something I am missing?

sounds like your coolant sensor is bad should have atleast 2 wires on the sensor your looking for probably have 2 sensors one would be for the dash gauge which sometimes only has one wire and the other for your fan to know when to kick on

you need to get a wiring diagram and check for short to grounds on the windshield wiper sysytem. and check for an open wire on the fan system
