2006 gt running lean?

I got a salvage titled 06 gt and it’s straight piped and it keeps running lean. How can I fix it without putting stock cats back on. And if I get high flow cats do I use steel or ceramic. I just want the car to run smooth and be loud and mean still. What type of tuner can I use or get for cheaper. I just don’t have 1000 bucks to blow for stock cats or a tuner

The engine is probably running lean because the car is straight piped with no cats and no mufflers, and it hasn't been tuned properly for the changed set up.
I suggest you install a pair of high flow cats (ceramic will be fine) and a pair of aftermarket mufflers. Choose the ones that most closely match the sound you're looking for. The engine can still sound great without making you tone deaf, annoying the neighbors and, most importantly, annoying the boyz in blue. You'll also be able to pass state inspections and emissions tests.

Will I have to get the car tuned to the high flow cats and it has borla mufflers one was damaged so I took them off. But I planned on getting outlaw mufflers anyway

Yes, and it'll make the tuner's job a lot easier if they're installed in the stock location with the factory wiring harnesses.
It is tricky to tune around this. You can try the old defouler trick to move the front O2s out of the flow stream a little but, you'll probably have to just tune it properly.

My Tuner is "Old-school", SCT X3 but any Tuner will do the trick. The things you did happens to everyone, and they get the warning text in their car. A Tuner can delete those warnings, but they will appear again in a couple days, just keep deleting them. I was told by mechanic that it's just annoying, but it won't harm the car. I've been doing it for years and no harm to car.

This advice is fine, as long as the engine isn't sufficiently lean to start cooking plugs, overheating ring lands, etc. I'd have a look at that first before advising just clearing codes and moving on. There are a couple cylinders in a 4.6 that typically run a lot hotter than the others (many engines have this) and lean on one bank may not clearly indicate dangerously lean in one cylinder in that bank.

Yup. On any engine it's typically the rearmost cylinder that runs hottest since it's furthest away from the water pump. That's why the no.8 cylinder is the most prone to detonate on the 4.6 3V and the 5.0 Coyote.

Generally, it's just standard engine stuff. Number 4 & 8 runs hottest typically on a 5.0 pushrod as well. because of the way the coolant passages route/flow. Oh and BTW, 8 has the most airflow on the intake side and #5 runs pig rich and cold because of a choked off intake passage in the lower intake. Just engine stuff.
