I have a yellow 2006 Ford Mustang. No aux input whatsoever, I wanna play my Iphone through it, any alternatives or accessories I can purchase to make this happen? FM Transmitters usually suck, any good ones, or just alternatives all together?

You want an FM Modulator, They sound better then the Transmitters.


After that your best bet is a new headunit.

It's not wireless so there's no interference. Not to be confused with an FM transmitter. Basically it adds an AUX input to ANY radio. No searching for a clean channel.

It feeds your audio signal from a headphone jack ( or RCA cables) by FM modulation, directly into the antenna input on your radio bypassing the antenna when on, allowing the radio to work as normal when off. It comes with an On/Off switch.


This is the answer. Totally versatile.

They do make aux input adapter but your going to pay more than expected so I would go for the head unit with more functionality.

If you don't want to get an FM transmitter then your best option would be to get a new receiver with an aux input. It'll be much more expensive than the transmitter though.
