My right rear tail light does not light up in the center light. When lights are on it is ok, but when braking or using turning signal the center has no light. I was replacing anyway with Raxiom Vector V2, installed those and the problem is carried over to the new lights, so it is wiring? Having a hard time identifying which wire is for which function for the tail light with the plug. I hope it's something simple, if anybody can help me I would be greatly appreciative!

The 2011-12 are conventional incandescent lights so, chasing from the bulb back is the best way to start. In this case, clearly there is an issue with the wiring, since you cnaged the lamp and didn't see any improvement. Check the socket first and work back from there.
