Looks like the decorated Brembo GT. And something is missing above the rear lower valence on the right.

They were basically premium trim Brembo GT's with the FRPP handling pack upgrade, procal tune, 3.55's, exhaust and recaros.

They made 150 of these for 2014.

Edit: I pulled it up on the dealer website, it's an auto and it looks like their price is actually just under 32k w/ 26k on the clock.

They made 150 of these for 2014, what makes this one potentially very unique is of the ~150 hertz cars only 10 were manual transmissions and were set aside for hertz execs and penske himself. They were never part of the 140 that were in the hertz rental car fleet.
Very nice! Learn something new every day. Still think they should replace the reflector above the rear valence. lol

Sorry, edited the post... it's not a manual, it is one of the auto cars but still fairly unique.

Definitely. Unfortunately, when Ford released all of the Mustangs of a given year, they do not really advertise a bunch, the special editions. Such as older years, I think they made one for the air force and it sold at an auction iirc. I guess they don't think it's worth advertising to the overall public as they and any other car company, will assume the normal person cannot afford a special edition. lol

Sorry about messing up the price. I had just gotten off work and tired as hell.

This is the Penske Hertz edition - not a Ford special edition that you could order at your dealer. There wasn't anything for Ford to advertise. It is the successor to the Shelby GT-H, the Hertz Shelby. They were made only for Hertz, just like the GT-H was. And since they were Hertz rental cars, unlikely that any were made with anything but automatics.

The air force model was a one off. Ford does one every year for the EAA and it is auctioned off for charity. Again, those aren't something that you can go into the dealer and order for yourself; they are not and never were intended to be a Ford special edition available to order. The newest one was recently released.

Thanks for the clarification. Constantly learning new things!

Nice fairly rare Mustang and would be sweet to own. Although anyone with a GT can copy it with a little money, it would never be as cool as owning a real deal. It would get more attention from true Mustang enthusiasts that know the history and significance of a Hertz.
Not a stand out performance machine like a Shelby or Roush but unique in a different way.
I hope an enthusiast gets it and not a daddy buying it for his teenage daughter.
Also hope no one gets it with the Intent to mod it all out instead of keeping it stock.

I love the quad tip exhaust on it! Not sure if I could deal with the yellow though lol. Cool car either way.
