I didn't when I went from a 245 to a 305, you can put the power down better and looks better.

You won't feel a power loss. You'll actually hook up better so your Mustang will feel stronger!

Thanks! What about rubbing issues? Will that pose a problem on 10.5 DD rims

There will not be a power loss but it will create more rolling resistance as well as more rotational mass. From a dig you'll be quicker due to better traction, but if you're trying to downshift and take off you may notice a little sluggishness
