Hi i have mustang gt 2007
I want ride on the car gears
But iam confused of the best and strogest
During the 600-900 m ?

I have the 4:10 in my 07 GT, it is totally Hot as Hell, but mine is an Automatic and I heard the 3:73 were better on a stick shift. There is a noticable difference when you get either of these.

Stick or automatic?
If naturally aspirated go with 4.10's on a stick and go 3.73's or 3.90's on an automatic.
If it's supercharged go with 3.73's, with 4.10's you'll smoke the tires and it's almost undrivable in the rain.

4.10 are for automatic. I got 3.55 on my car and there really good for stock gears. If u go with 4.10 ur top speed is not going to be that great like it was before.

Auto or manual you will like the 4.10's better then 3.73's. Now if you are forced induction or plan on it leave stock gears in it for now. A SC/Turbo will change everything. Also If a auto a stall should be your first choice.

You are missing the point,,,, FIRST . you can use any gear ratoi you want, regardless of the trans you have. When people say 4.10 for man, and 3.73 for auto, what they are talking about is comparing stock manuals, to stock auto,s..
Auto trans use lower gear ratios in 1st, 2d, and 3rd. both manual and autos use 1.1 for 4th, so a 3.73 in an auto, will give you close to the same performance as the 4.10's in a manual.

Auto= 3.32, 2.41, 1.55, 1.1 2&3 make a BIG difference
Man= 3.38, 2.00, 1.32, 1.1

I run a 6sp, it has a 2.97 1st gear so i run 4.56's

I am not going to argue this point, becaus I do not have enough INfo or expertise about Trannies and gears to do that, but can someone who does or an expert please straighten out this debatt, it's going around in circles.:confused:

Id get 410s, if your spending all that money why not get the biggest bang for your buck, I had 410s before in a auto and loved them but i liked the 3500 stall more, ALOT MORE tho :headbang::headbang:

I have an 07 gt w 3:55 from factory... I had 4:10s in all my fox bodies and 97 cobra... I plan on doing sum track road racing... Is it better to stick w 3:55 or go up to 3:73? If 3:73 is better will I feel a big difference between the two?

My money buys 4.10s for autos and 3.73 or 4.10s for a na manual cars. That being said I won't only go up one gear, for example mine has 3.55s. I refuse to pay five hundred bucks for a shop to throw some 3.73s in cause the difference isn't enough for me
