Which tune is preferred to stay with. 93 performance 93 racing or 93 street?
Blue Thunder GT,
Blue Thunder,Thank you guys for the advise. The only thing that concerns me is that I just installed 3.73 the mechanic who installed them said don't go past 50 mph until you 500 miles I did the opposite of just that and I stepped on the gas pedal and the car wasn't going anywhere seconds later it went back to normal don't know what it is ??
MDoane44,Hybrid Tune? I never heard of that... Im curious to know about it AM. Its not on my SCT Tuner
Depends are you running a supercharger? If you have plans on Fi I would go with the 3.73 because the 4.10 will run out of gear real quick..05stangGT said:I have an 05 GT with the stock gears would going with 3.73 make much of a difference over stock? i dont want to go with 4.10s because its my DD.
Just curious,AMDanBailer said:Blue Thunder GT,
It really depends on how you drive the car! All of these files are 100% safe to run every day year round. However the Race tune is very aggressive, So aggressive that we recommend you be very careful when using this file. Mainly because it can spin the tires very easily and cause the car to jump of the line!
Drive around on all 3 files for a few days and pick which ever tune best fits your driving habits! You also may want to give our Hybrid tune a chance, this is my personal favorite .
The Hybrid tune is the low end grunt of the street tune, with the top end power of the Race tune!
