Which gears should i choose and also by the gear you think i should go for is there any else i need to buy with these gears?

Look in the stickies section if this forum, there's a great read on 4.10s in there. Also take a couple minutes and use the search function. There's lots of threads about gears that are asking the same questions you are. Welcome to the forum

4.10s without question.
I have them on my manual DD and I still get 18 or higher city and usually 23-24 highway.
They are so worth it.
