Ok so I got a 5.0 block and I want to slowly make a 331 turbo car What are some good forged rotating assembly kits that are kinda cheap (below 1200 bucks)
Are you gonna do a build thread? Single Turbo 331 stroker is my dream setup! Idk if it will ever happen but a guy can hope.Nvm I found it thanks I guess that's were ill start
450-500 rwhpWhats your power goal?
I think you want a 351w then man they take about 700 or so rwhp so at 500rwhp you would be really safe an then when ye want more ye can just turn the boost up;p2300turboford said:450-500 rwhp
I plan on running a main girdle and all arp bolts it should hold up really I just want to make as much power as. I can on 93 oct and stock blockIdk man. Your really going to be in danger with a stock block. 500 at the crank is about the limit on them. DSS also sells a main girdle that will help strengthen the block, they claim 600hp at the crank. The T5 probably wont last long behind it either. IMO if you want over 450 at the wheels then go with an aftermarket block like a boss block or a dart block. Or go 351w.
I absolutely love it it has no limits and can be used in anything u just send it to DIY auto tune and they put the base program in it and put the extra chip in for boost then u program it to ur specific upgrades I've had my ecu the megasquirt 2 for 2 years and the only thing that was wrong with it was my fault ( tunned it my self ) they have also improved on there design it cost a pretty penny I gave 550 for mineNot to get too far off topic but how do you like the megasquirt? Iv been doing a little research on a 2.3 turbo ranger and that ecu has come up alot.
I think I've heard of some but yes it will work with itThats awesome. Im not sure iv heard of anyone using it on a 5.0 before.
