So both of these items are for sale on CL. Would these work on my car fairly easy? Suggestions and opinions plz. And is it a good price ?

Depends how much power you wanna make your 7.5 is good for a daly drive up to 300hp if your going to make more then 350hp I recommend you upgrade to 8.8 rear. If its a daly drive just get a Ford racing T-lok with some 3.73 for 5 speed and 4.10s for automatic.

well judging from it says 5.0 rearend in the ad, it's either a fox or a 94-95 gt rear, which both would be too short for your car
