96 SOHC vs. DOHC ignition timing difference?

I have a 96 GT with a N/A DOHC swapped in...

I'm working on tuning it for now with the SCT X3 SF3 tuner :/ & I wanted to know the difference in ignition timing of the 96 GT and the N/A 96 Cobra ?

BTW, I'm working with the CDAN4 strategy
