Have a chance to buy a pair of smoked but don't want to do any kind of painting to them.

Yes they do tjere are like 3 screws that go to the grille so yes it comes off

On eBay they got tint covers. Its made like tint. Put it on, take it off whenever. They got light and dark. It $20, comes with tails, side markers, and 3rd brake light.
