Does anyone have any suggestions on and easier way to replace bulbs on a 2010?

Develop an extra joint behind your wrist. Lol. You could take the whole headlights out. But you will have to remove your bumper to do so.

Why not take the radiator plate off first and go from there. It's not that bad once that's off. Or at least to me. I have small hands and long arms

Don't touch the bulb glass with your fingers/skin. The oils on your skin will shorten their life span.
