I assume you know that a stroker will need all new heads and
camming and hogged intakes to make it run right, correct?
I'd vote for the stroker with big $$$$ but H/I/C for a 3.8
will be around $2000 by itself, and the stroker would add
lots more to the bill I wish we all were independantly wealthy
turbo cams are the wild card.
you can use a cam NA and turbo but it will
be quite different than an SC or NOS cam.
The best turbo cam will not be a very good NA cam
but it will run OK in the NA form. You may want
to change the cam last. (when the turbo goes on)
