Easy as it seems lol.. But there's just a few tips.
1: clean rims of any dirt/oil
2: remove the rims
3: cover what you don't want sprayed
4: spray light coats and let 10min in between coats. Unless you use a hair dryer to dry it faster
5: 4 coats is plenty

Yea plasti dip is flat. But they sell a glossifier to give it a little shine. Looks good....

Yea very durable if enough layers... Since its rubber its flexible
