i have a 1970 torino and i was wondering if hi performance suspention parts for a 1970 mustang will bolt right on?

No the 1970 Torino was the same as the 1969/70 Falcon.

It does share upper control arms, lower control arms, brakes, and spindles with the 1968-1973 Mustangs so odds are good quite a bit of stuff will work for you. (Interchange info from Hollander Interchange, not out of my butt).
Front sway bars are sort of a crap shoot though. For instance you can't use a stock 1967 Mustang 289 engined sway bar on a 1967 390 engined car, it will hit the oil filter. Very small differences in the bars but they pretty much are incompatible even in almost the exact same car.
I'm pretty sure you could use the aftermarket strut rods though. I wouldn't be suprised if you could swap a whole "Mustang" Global West suspension kit and some Baer brakes with only minor modifications.

What parts springs and shocks or sway bar or control arms some might work others wont call the auto parts see what will cross over

Most likely no since they dont have the same frame size
