It does share upper control arms, lower control arms, brakes, and spindles with the 1968-1973 Mustangs so odds are good quite a bit of stuff will work for you. (Interchange info from Hollander Interchange, not out of my butt).
Front sway bars are sort of a crap shoot though. For instance you can't use a stock 1967 Mustang 289 engined sway bar on a 1967 390 engined car, it will hit the oil filter. Very small differences in the bars but they pretty much are incompatible even in almost the exact same car.
I'm pretty sure you could use the aftermarket strut rods though. I wouldn't be suprised if you could swap a whole "Mustang" Global West suspension kit and some Baer brakes with only minor modifications.
