Has anyone used the baer bumpsteer kit for 67-69? They are describing my problems i just wanna get a second opinion i have a shelby drop on my car
the kit comes with a number of washers to adjust the angle of the tie rods so you can tune the tie rod arc to match as closely as possible the arc of the lower control arm to minimize bump steer. race teams use a plate bolted to the hub and a dial indicator to measure how much bump steer they are getting so they can make adjustments at the shop. you can do something similar using the brake rotor, but it is a bit harder to do.What do you mean tune it out?
