It's not worth it. You can put a turbo on there and make it fast but if the 4.6 or 5.0 is also modified your still going to lose in the end. Might as well save your money. You can add a cam which may or may not even get you 10 hp, port the heads which will yield the most gain, etc. but your going to have a hard time against any mild 5.0 out there.
