Negative. The measurements are going to be way off. The only part that ive seen from the 99-04 models fit the 94-98 models is the Mach 1 chin spoiler. Even that needs to be cut on the ends.

Try asking around over on the mustanfg fourms. Some stuff will fit as the body is about the same. But I kow like tailights and bumpers are different so probably the Aero kits are and wont fit. 2 of the best I'll link on the bottom.
