Yes easily with floor jack and jack stands. I would have an air compressor/gun though to put the balljoint nut back on. Just speaking from experience the shaft of the balljoint spins when you torque it down with a ratchet, but not an air gun. Just google spring installation and download the American Muscle installation instructions. Once it's all done go get an alignment to be on safe side. Although you don't need to disconnect outer tie rod I'd do it just to make sure.

Very possible, it's not worth buying a spring compressor or renting one unless your going to use it more than once. It's just easier using one. Some people would disagree but I think so

Thanks for the input. I'm going to attempt to install the springs/shocks/struts tomorrow. I'll post pics when I'm done.

Just have a spare afternoon no big deal. Check out AMs write ups or even youtube if you hit a rut
